Huntsville man facing drug charges

 A drug bust in Huntsville this morning resulted in the arrest of two men and the seizure of over $8,000 worth of controlled substances including cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and prescription pills.

Police also seized over $2,400 in cash.

As a result of this investigation have charged Richard Daniel Firth, 30, of Huntsville.

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking 
  • Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking 
  • Possession of a Schedule IV Substance 
  • Fail to Comply with Undertaking 

Pierre Oliver Ellis, 31, of Scarborough.

  • Three counts of Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking 
  • Possession of a Schedule III substance for the purpose of Trafficking 
  • Possession of a Schedule IV Substance 
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000

The Huntsville OPP Community Street Crime Unit, with the assistance of the Bracebridge OPP and the Central Region Emergency Response Team executed the warrant.
