Parking at North Bay Hospital and Sudbury's Health Sciences North sites will be free for all patients and staff from now until May 30.
"Last Friday the Health Centre decided to waive all parking fees for the month of April as part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic," Kim McElroy, Manager, Communications told BayToday.
"This is a small gesture to support our dedicated staff and physicians during this challenging time, and show our appreciation for their ongoing efforts."
HSN also made the decision to extend free parking to staff and physicians as "a small token of appreciation for their incredible efforts throughout the current pandemic" says a news update from the hospital.
