Nearly $250,000 is being allocated to the North Bay Regional Health Centre over the next two years in one-time funding, Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli said today.
The hospital is receiving $217,234 in grants from the Exceptional Circumstance Project (ECP) and Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund (HIRF) programs for the 2017-18 fiscal year.
Another $41,976 in HIRF money is allocated for the Regional Health Centre for the 2018-19 fiscal year.
“Again, I want to thank the hard-working staff at the hospital for their daily dedication to providing quality care to the residents of Nipissing,” said Fedeli.
