Home and Community Care Review
Stakeholder Survey
PLEASE MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!
The Home and Community Care Expert Group (the Group) has been asked by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care to provide specific, practical recommendations to the Minister to bring the home and community care sector to a more integrated, accessible, responsive and equitable system for individuals in need and their caregivers (both paid and unpaid).
The Group will provide its recommendations to the Minister by the end of January 2015. Given the short time frame and our desire to hear from individuals and their families/ unpaid caregivers who use the programs and services as well as those who provide theews Release services, we have developed five focused questions to aid us in our work.
