Parker’s Your Independent Grocer ran a Holiday Checkout Campaign during the month of December, with donations benefitting the North Bay Food Bank.
The numbers have been crunched and Stuart Parker presented North Bay Food Bank Chairperson, Caroline Corbett and Treasurer Mark Deacon with a cheque for $3,985.
“Monetary donations like this gift help the Food Bank to purchase necessary, fresh and non-perishable food items that go into our food hampers,” said Amber Livingstone, manager of the North Bay Food Bank. “Stuart Parker continues to be a champion for the Food Bank, and we value his ongoing support of our organization, and the clients we serve.”
