Heritage Railway and Carousel Company open this weekend

Located on Memorial Drive organizers hope to once again attract close to 58,000 visitors this year

"We have mucked out the stalls, polished the brass and jewels, buffed up the saddles,  and even woke up the Trout Lake Monster aka the Hippocampus, and are ready for another fun summer at the waterfront," says spokesman Bill White.
 
Located on Memorial Drive organizers hope to once again attract close to 58,000 visitors this year.  
 
The Lucy Dalton, the replica steam engine and the newly painted Diesel train sets are cleaned and ready to roll.
 
This coming weekend hours will be as follows:
 
Saturday,   Sunday  and Monday  10 am until dusk, weather permitting.
 
Weekend schedules will be:
 
Friday 4 pm till dusk:  
 
Sat. and Sunday 10 am till dusk
 
A few volunteers for summer shifts are still needed. Applications can be picked up at the North Bay Museum, or at the ticket booth at the Railway and Carousel property.  
 
Also, copies of the Magical Midnight Rescue book available both at the Museum and the HRCC ticket kiosk.
