On Thursday, October 18, North Bay Fire and Emergency Services are teaming up with Parker’s Your Independent Grocer to collect donations for the North Bay Food Bank.
"From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., we are asking friends and neighbours to donate non-perishable food items at Parker’s on Laurentian Ave., in hopes of ‘Filling a Fire Truck,’ said Sheri Korn, Captain of Fire Prevention in a news release.
“We are always happy to partner with the North Bay Food Bank; they do an incredible job supporting our community and it’s wonderful to witness the generosity of the people of North Bay.”
