A dispute between neighbours last week led one man being charged with mischief.
The North Bay Police responded to a request for service on May 11th regarding a roadway dispute between neighbours. on highway 17 The dispute allegedly involved an act that restricted the victim’s access to their property.
A 72-year-old man from North Bay has been charged with Mischief and will appear in the North Bay Courthouse on June 18th, to answer to the charge.
A source told BayToday one man became so enraged he dug up his neighbours driveway with a backhoe.
