On April 9, at 1:34 a.m. North Bay OPP conducted a traffic stop on Highway 11/17 bypass near Seymour St. in North Bay.
The male driver of the vehicle, Geoffrey Wilson, 36 of Nipissing First Nation was charged with 'drive over 80'.
Wilson is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on April 25.
