Driver arrested for breaking curfew

At 2:48 this morning OPP North Bay Detachment officers were conducting a RIDE Program on the bypass. 

A vehicle pulled up to officers and the driver was asked to pull the vehicle over for further investigation. A Canadian Police Information Centre check was conducted on the driver who was found to be bound by recognizance with a 10 p.m. curfew. 

As a result, Cody Heins, 30, of North Bay has been arrested and charged with one count of Breach of Recognizance.

Heins is being held in custody for a bail hearing today.
