News Release ****************** Over the month of December 2014, 118 domestic violence occurrences were reported to the North Bay Police. As a resulof police investigations into these complaints, 21 people were charged.

Over the month of December 2014, 118 domestic violence occurrences were reported to the North Bay Police. As a resulof police investigations into these complaints, 21 people were charged.

17 males were charged with the following criminal offences:

·         13 assaults

·         one assault with a weapon

·         four mischief to property

·         19 fail to comply with release orders

·         one bail violation

·         one possession of CDSA

·         four threats to cause death

 

4 females were charged with the following criminal offences:

·         2 assault

·         2 assault with a weapon

·         1 threat to cause death

·         1 possession of CDSA
