Sunday, March 19th is CombatStigma day at Memorial Gardens as the North Bay Battalion takes on the Kingston Frontenacs.

Stigma related to mental illness is a major barrier preventing people from seeking the help they need.

Join the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation at Memorial Gardens and help support the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit at your hospital.

The intermission Frisbee toss includes five great prizes.  Purchase your Frisbees for $5 each or 3 for $10.  All funds raised through Frisbee sales will be matched by Bell Let’s Talk for an even greater impact on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit!

Come out and support the Battalion and have an impact on mental health in your community.
