COLLISION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGES

 (NORTH BAY, ON) – On March 8, 2015, at approximately 1:05 a.m., North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was notified of a collision on Highway 17 in Beaucage Township.

A member from the North Bay OPP located the motor vehicle involved in the collision and, upon further investigation, arrested and charged Jane COMMANDA, 52, of North Bay with Care or Control With More Than 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in 100 Milliliters of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code.
