Volunteers from Beta Sigma Phi sorority and Living Fit are wrapping gifts (Dec 18-24) at Northgate with proceeds going to local charity.

This year the charity gift-wrap booth is located in the Centre Court area directly in front of the mall Christmas tree.

Volunteers will be wrapping gifts during mall hours, starting today up to and including Christmas Eve.

"Bring your purchases for wrapping to the gift wrap booth and at the same time support your community," said Margie Howard, Gift Wrap co-chair. "Each year the chapters of Beta Sigma Phi vote on which charity will receive the gift-wrap project proceeds. Donations from previous years have gone to the Gathering Place, North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation, Community Living, Nipissing Serenity Hospice, Operation Warmth, and women’s support services such as the Transition House and Amelia Rising."

For a second year, the members of “Living Fit” have partnered with Beta Sigma Phi to wrap gifts and will donate their proceeds to the community as well.
