On May 27, the OPP Temiskaming Detachment received a call from Canada Border Services Agency about a package they intercepted at Pearson International Airport.
The package contained four prohibited weapons, specifically flashlight tasers, being sent to a residence in Cobalt.
Caitlin Willard, 24, of Cobalt, has been charged with "Unauthorized Importing of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon."
Willard has been released on a promise to appear with a date to attend court on June 4, in Temiskaming Shores.
