At approximately 8:20 p.m. yesterday, the West Nipissing Police Service received a complaint of a possible impaired driver in the Salter Street area.
Police attended the area and located the suspect vehicle.
The driver was having difficulty maneuvering his car in a cul-de-sac and backed into a large boulder.
The driver showed signs of impaired and after completing their investigation police issued the 52-year-old Sturgeon Falls man a three day licence suspension.
