North Bay, ON – August 26, 2016 – The City of North Bay will be conducting water main flushing in the Worthington St., Ferguson St., McIntyre St., Sherbrooke St., Wyld St., and Main St. areas from August 29 to September 2.

Staff will be going block by block in the given areas and will inform Public Works Dispatch each day as to where they will be flushing and what areas will be affected.

Residents may experience low water pressure and/or cloudy water while the flushing is underway. Once the flushing stops water pressure will go back to normal and the cloudy water will dissipate.

We ask that motorists exercise caution when driving in areas where City crews are working.

If you have any questions or concerns or just want to verify that flushing is occurring in your area, call Public Works Dispatch at 705-474-4340.
