Tomorrow, November 18, the North Bay Museum will be host to members of the North Bay Art Association in their Artists at Work event during the Downtown Gallery Hop.

You are encouraged to ask the artists about their mediums and techniques as they go about creating their masterpieces.

Participants include:

Bronwen Quick, pastels

Edna Scott, watercolour

Doreen Wood, oils

Denise Ribson, mixed media watercolours

With an eighty-five year history, The North Bay Art Association continues to thrive and is a valued part of North Bay's arts community.

The opening event is free and open to everyone, and it will take place during the Downtown Gallery Hop from 6 to 9 pm on Friday, November 18th.

The NBAA’s exhibition “Local Colour” is also on display at the North Bay Museum.

This exhibition represents a cohesive body of work which stemmed from one of the NBAA's monthly “creative challenges”. It showcases the artists’ talents through their interpretations of the city and area’s notable locations. The exhibit will be open until December in the North Bay Museum’s rental and event gallery.
