The PTSD peer support group for first responders meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the CANADIAN MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, 156 McIntyre St. W. in North Bay.

Meetings are only facilitated by peers experiencing similar struggles with traumatic calls/events.

The diagnosis of a mental illness such as post traumatic stress disorder is not required in order to attend this meeting, however, we advise that all members seek professional medical help, and do not rely on these meetings as their sole means of support.
