The Ontario government is investing in local infrastructure projects to assist in COVID-19 recovery. Through the COVID Resilience Stream, Ontario continues to support municipalities as they build and repair roads, bridges, water and wastewater infrastructure.

“This funding will be of great benefit to Nipissing municipalities at a challenging time for budgetary planning,” said MPP Vic Fedeli. “I look forward to seeing all the ways it is used to support key infrastructure priorities across the riding.”

The funding distribution is based on a guaranteed minimum allocation of $100,000 to all 444 municipalities in the Province.
