GO Transit rail contract won't be coming to Ontario Northland
Ontario Northland learned today they have lost their bid for next GO Transit rail refurbishment contract to Canada Allied Diesel based in Lachine, Quebec. At this time layoffs are not planned and the company plans to actively pursue other contracts.
