Mattawa Voyageur Days 18th Annual Summer Festival kicks off today and continues until Sunday night with lots of activities including concerts and events throughout the community.

Residents along a portion of Ferguson Street will likely see a portion of their street closed until October. That’s according to a Public Works release sent to the media on Wednesday.

Paddlers from across Ontario will gather at North Bay’s Olmsted Beach on July 25 at 7 am to take part in the longest one day canoe race in Ontario.

The city of North Bay will be doing some Emergency Sanitary Sewer Repair that will close a portion of Cassells street starting at 8 am on Wednesday morning. The work will take place on Cassells Street between Olive Street and Chippewa Street.
