Further to the media release sent on the 09JUL12 in relation to smashed windows, several other similar incidents have been reported where windows have been smashed to local businesses, residences and vehicles in the Oak Street, Main St. East, Lee Ave, Thelma Avenue and Premier Road Area.

These incidents are believed to have occurred shortly after midnight Friday 7 July 2012.

Police are requesting the assistance of the public on any information relating to the above occurrences.

Shortly after midnight on Friday, a number of vehicle windshields were smashed in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Oak Street East.

At least two vehicles were also vandalized before the suspect continued to the area of Lee Ave where a further 7 vehicles were vandalized with the use of a hammer.

Cst Scott Buchanan is investigating.

Meanwhile, A window of a business was smashed in the area of the 1300 block of Franklin Street overnight Friday.

Cst Christian Elia is investigating.
