At 9:26pm on the 25th Oct Ronald Knox 26 yrs of no fixed address was arrested by West Nipissing Police on a North Bay Police Warrant.
The warrant had been issued for 39 charges of mischief.
The offences involved the random slashing of tires that occurred on the 20th Jan 2012.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
