Two Timmins men facing drug charges after traffic stop

North Bay – North Bay OPP officers on the 29 July 2013 were responding to a traffic complaint and pulled over the suspect vehicle on Highway 11 in North Bay. Upon stopping the vehicle occupied by two males the investigation lead them to liquor violations and drug offences:

Ryan Beaudoin (21) of Timmins ON is charged with:

•Possession of a Controlled Substance Sch. 1 - CDSA 4(1) - 2 counts (Percocet & Cocaine)

•Possession of a Controlled Substance Sch. 2 - CDSA 4(1) - Marihuana

•Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Sch 2 - CDSA 5(2) - Marihuana

•Laundering Proceeds of Crime - CC 462.31(1)

Dominik Gamache (21) of Timmins ON, are charged with.

•Possession of a Controlled Substance Sch. 1 - CDSA 4(1) - 1 count (Percocet)

•Possession of a Controlled Substance Sch. 2 - CDSA 4(1) - Marihuana

•Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Sch. 2 - CDSA 5(2) - Marihuana

•Laundering Proceeds of Crime - CC 462.31(1)

Both men held in custody pending a Bail hearing on the 30th of July 2013 at 10:00am.
