Two city males charged with assault bodily harm

On the 4th June a young man was punched and kicked in the face in a bush area near the waterfront.

The ongoing investigation has identified 2 of the suspects involved.

A 17 yr old male was arrested on the 16th June and charged with assault bodily harm and 3 counts of breach of probation.

Nathaniel Poyton 20 yrs of Main St E was arrested on the 17th June and charged with assault bodily harm and breach of undertaking.

Both persons were held in custody for bail hearings.
