On December 2 OPP) James Bay OPP responded to a crash involving a transport on Highway 11 West of Hearst, near Highway 631.
The accident occurred while the highway was closed because of a severe snowstorm.
As a result of the investigation, the driver was charged with "Drive on Closed Highway."
The OPP is reminding motorists not to travel on closed highways.
