On March 24, 2014, at approximately 9:38 p.m., a member of the North Bay Detachment (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Pinewood Park Drive, North Bay.
As a result of an investigation Christian LACHAPELLE, age 26 of Temiskaming Shores was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on April 8, 2014.
