Temagami woman faces drug and weapon charges

As a result of an ongoing Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation that began in February 2016, North Bay Police patrol and Street Crime officers conducted a traffic stop at Memorial Drive and Judge Avenue on Tuesday April 27th, 2016 at approximately 1 p.m. and arrested and charged:

Ashley Ann Gaudette, age 27, of Temagami with:

  • three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking;
  • two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm;
  • one count of possession of a marijuana;
  • one count of possession of a prohibited device;
  • one count of possession of a firearm obtained by crime;
  • two counts of careless use of a firearm;
  • one count of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order; and
  • one count of breach of probation.

Gaudette was released from custody with a court date scheduled for May 31st, 2016.
