The North Bay Police Service has arrested and charged a 14-year-old boy.
Police allege the boy confined a 13-year-old girl in his bedroom either April 1 or 2 and then sexually assaulted her.
The boy, who cannot be named under the Youth and Criminal Justice Act, is charged with sexual assault and forcible confinement.
He was arrested in a North Bay residence by Det. Cst. Cox and Cst. DeHaas.
