The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on Monday March 10, 2014, investigated a single vehicle collision on Highway 11 just south of Pevensey Road, Armour Township.
The driver was Northbound on Highway 11 when she lost control of her vehicle and ended up in the median.
OPP investigated the collision and subsequently arrested the driver for impaired operation. The driver was not injured in the collision.
The driver, Falon MAY (21) of Sundridge, Ontario was charged with driving while ability impaired and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge Ontario on Thursday, April 24, 2014.
