Summer in the Park extends $35 wristband price

The Summer in the Park organizing committee announced today the extension of the current price of $35 for festival wristbands.

“Sales of wristbands have been fairly steady so the committee has decided to keep the price at $35 until July 10,” said Charles Elliott, Summer in the Park Festival committee member.

“We have an absolutely incredible weekend planned and we have made it as affordable as possible.

“For $35 you will see main acts Marianas Trench & MAGIC! on Friday night and Amanda Marshall and Headstones on Saturday.

“There is a lot to see and do for the whole family including the Midway, The Octonauts, interactive reptile shows, The Magic of Christophe, Yoga in the Park, MOTUS O Dance Theatre, OVA beach volleyball tournament, Northern Stunt Dogs, displays from the Algonquin Regiment, Learn to Fish, piano in the park, multicultural dance & drum festival, car & bike show, food & product vendors, Redpath inflatable land, Canada 150 activities and lots, lots more,” said Elliott.

Wristbands are required to enter the concert grounds. It is free to enter the festival grounds.

Summer in the Park 2017 runs from August 4 to August 6, 2017.
