The following schools will re-open Friday, May 26, 2006:
Centennial Public School, North Bay
Laurentian Public School, North Bay
Magnetawan Central Public School, Magnetawan
McDougall Public School, Parry Sound
Phelps Central School, Redbridge
Pinewood Public School, North Bay
South River Public School, South River
Sundridge Centennial Public School, Sundridge
Tweedsmuir Public School, North Bay
Victory Public School, Parry Sound
Bus transportation will be provided to these selected schools only.
Parents from schools that remain closed may contact their school for student learning materials.
Administration will continue to pursue ways to open more schools while monitoring the re-opened schools carefully, with respect to safety and supervision.
