The first is at the end of Premier Road in Champlain Park.
This one has staff recommending the Laurentian Playground site located on Carruthers Street, just off the bypass.
Staff will enter into negotiations with the North Bay and District Humane Society, to establish a Lease Agreement.
Council's committee section has been cancelled again so the regular meeting will start at 6:30 p.m.
