School safety patrols nab six drivers for traffic offences

As part of a back-to-school safety initiative, the North Bay Police Service has laid several charges under the Highway Traffic Act 

Enhanced traffic safety patrols started on Tuesday, September 7 as part of a multi-week campaign to ensure road safety as students return to school.

On the first day police charged six people.

Five were charged with speeding offenses and one with disobeying a lane light.
