TORONTO - The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as result of their breach of a Long Term Supervision Order.

Isacc Paibomsai is described as an Aboriginal male, 35 years of age, 5’8” (173 cm’s), 201 lbs (91 kgs.) brown eyes and shaved head.

He has a scar above his right eye.

He has a history of sexual assault and assault related offences.

He is subject of a Long Term Supervision Order and his whereabouts have become unknown.

The offender is known to frequent the cities of Toronto, Kingston, North Bay and Sudbury.
