Students and staff at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall (SJSH) are ready to present “Rock of Ages: High School Edition - the Musical,” taking you back to the 1980’s.
All the choreography, singing, set and costume design is being done by staff and students.
Rock of Ages: High School Edition – the Musical is described as a performance that takes you back to the times of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair.
This Tony Award nominated Broadway musical features the hits of bands including Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, and many more.
“Our entire cast and program are very excited for this production! It has been a full semester of hard work, practice, and collaboration to put it all together.” says Adam Angelo, Grade 12 Musical Theatre student.
The musical Thursday, January 17 and Friday, January 18 at 7 p.m. in the SJSH Bishop Carter Auditorium.
This is a family show and is open to all ages.
Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the SJSH main office or at the door.
