Temiskaming OPP have identified the victim involved in that fatal head-on transport collision that occurred on January 12 on Highway 11 north of Thornloe in the Township of Hilliard.
The collision happened around 8 a.m.

Investigation revealed that a commercial motor vehicle was northbound and a second was southbound when the two collided.
The driver of the southbound transport died in the vehicle. He's identified as Pier-Alex Arpin, 29, of Bearn, Quebec.
The OPP's Technical Traffic Collision Investigators , the Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team and the Office of the Chief Coroner- Ontario Forensic Pathology Service are assisting with this investigation.
