North Bay Police report Carter has been found in good health

North Bay Police are asking for the public’s help locating Carter Makara age 13.
He was last seen in area of the Voyageur hotel Thursday, September 20th at 8 p.m.
He is described as about 5'8", 130 lbs with longer black wavy hair.
Police say he could possibly be wearing green shirt, blue jeans and red sweater.
