Police investigate dangerous home invasion

The North Bay Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in regard to a home invasion investigation that police say has left one resident injured. 

The North Bay Police responded to a report of a home invasion at a residence in the 800-block of High Street that occurred between 5:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m on July 26. 

The police say three suspects, described as black males, forced their way into the home while holding a weapon.

The police allege the three suspects stole items from the home and fled.

One of the two occupants that were home suffered minor injuries.

Police believe this to be a targeted act.

Investigators are seeking any information or witnesses to this incident and are asking anyone who may have been in the area of High Street and McLeod Street at the time to check for any potential dash cam or security footage.
