North Bay OPP say the single commercial vehicle rollover occurred, on Highway 533, in an Unorganized Township, in the Nipissing District.

"The commercial vehicle was travelling south bound on the highway, hauling a trailer of livestock, being pigs, and rolled over into the ditch. The driver was the only occupant and received no injuries," says Constable Robert Lewis.

The highway was closed in both directions for approximately three hours, to allow the removal of the vehicle from the ditch.

The driver, from Airdrie, Alberta was not named by police, was served a Provincial Offence Notice.
