With the assistance of the coroner, the Ontario Provincial Police confirms it has positively identified the deceased individual recovered from Lake Nipissing, July 17.
The deceased has been identified as Trevor Milmine, 43, of North Bay.
No foul play is suspected, according to North Bay OPP Staff Sergeant Bill McMullen, who advises the individual's next of kin has been contacted by the OPP with the assistance of OPP victim specialist and victim services.
The investigation is continuing with the assistance of the OPP North East Region Crime Unit and the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OCC-OFPS).
