North Bay OPP responded to a suspicious person incident on Big Bend Avenue in Powassan at 4:30 p.m. on July 26.
The OPP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a person of interest who was in the area at the time. The person is male, in his late 20's possibly older, had short black hair, brown eyes and was driving a beige four door sedan.
The vehicle was missing both front tire hubcaps.
