Vaccines must be distributed based on need and target the neediest first.

There must be real lockdowns, enforcement, and travel bans. This is why we're seeing so many variants coming out of Brazil. The Trump administration convinced Bolsonaro to refuse the Sputnik vaccine from Russia. Look at the nightmare in Brazil and the US now.

Treat the most infected countries first and the most infected areas within countries: That's how you kill a pandemic.

Entitled Canadians irk me. We are doing far better than all Western Nations in terms of infections (only New Zealand, Australia, Norway, and Denmark are doing better than Canada in terms of deaths per million people).

Entitled people from North Bay irk me: Our infection and death rates are low relative to other areas in Ontario. Vaccines should be distributed based on need and not based on politics (of course, unused vaccines should be used whenever possible).

As I've mentioned before, I did suggest isolating northern Ontario months ago when our COVID-19 rates were low, without affecting our supply-chain. If the vocal politicians in North Bay (Macdonald, a couple of Vreboschs) and the Ontario government had listened to me, we'd have no COVID-19 in northern Ontario now and our economy would be totally open.

It's too bad that most politicians are not scientists and are motivated by being re-elected.
