Here are some of the items on tonight's city council agenda:

John Strang, the intermin chairman of the North Bay Heritage Festival and Grant Forest Products Air Show, addresses council about the 2005 edition of event.

As well a report will be presented regarding the festival's management committee report and 2005 budget.

A presentation will also be given tonight regarding an alternative for the Hwy 11/17 underpass/overpass.

Deputy mayor Peter Chirico will present a motion on local services realignment costs.

Council will also be looking at a rezoning application by Fudge and Associates on behalf of Nipissing Entertainment Inc., which wants to build a racetrack at Ferris Drive and Birch's Road.

The application will also be on the agenda this Wednesday evening at the Planning Advisory Committee meeting.
