North Bay was listed 25th of the top 25 Rattiest cities in Ontario.
The unusual rating was released by Orkin Canada which released the top 25 list of the Rattiest cities in the province.
The Orkin study rated the cities based on the number of rodent treatments - including rats and mice - the company performed from January 1st to December 31st, 2017.
North Bay barely made the top 5 list in Northern Ontario as Sudbury was rated 10th, Sault Ste. Marie 16th and Timmins 17th.
If you recall, North Bay may have gotten a bad rat rap, thanks to a bizarre incident in late December 2016 where 600 rats were removed from an apartment.
However, that incident occurred before the start of the 2017 ranking.

Overall Toronto was rated #1 while Ottawa was ranked second on the Orkin Canada list.
