The Navy League Cadet Corps of North Bay was in ship shape form for 22 Wing/CFB North Bay Honorary Colonel Scott Clark and the Review Party during the 49th Annual Inspection on Saturday.
The ceremony held at the Troy Armoury was filled with military pageantry.
For two hours the 40 young cadets demonstrated, in front of family, friends and VIPs some of what maneuvers they learned over the course of the year.
Some of the programs offered to the cadets are; winter survival, CPR, and seamanship.
The NLCC is a time honoured tradition in the city that sees kids from 9 to 13 years old, train and graduate to the Air, Sea or Army Cadet programs.
The program, which is free to kids thanks to year round fundraising efforts, is run by a dedicated group of officers that volunteer their time.
The NLCC will hold a recruitment drive as this year’s Summer in the Park festival.
