A new liquidation business is setting up shop on the north end of North Bay.
Bin City Liquidation will be located at 180 Shirreff Ave in the Century Centre Plaza in North Bay.
"Our grand opening is still to be determined," officials with Bin City Liquidations stated via social media.
Officials outlined how their business will operate on their new Facebook. They explain that inventory comes from overstock and returns from big box retailers such as Amazon and Walmart,
"A new shipment of product arrives weekly, the store will be restocked on Thursdays, and every Friday we open with every item selling at $25," they explain.
"First come, first served. Every following day sees a decrease in price by $5 until Wednesday when everything is just $2."
The business will be closed every Thursday for restocking.
"On Friday, the deals begin and get cheaper as the week goes on," officials continued.
Bin City Liquidation officials note that the inventory can and will be unpredictable.
"Whatever comes off the semi-truck, you get to dig for," they said.
Those items include computer products, cameras, tools, car accessories, small appliances, clothing, and toys.
