Get ready for another provincial election. A new budget will be presented at Queen's Park at 4 p.m. this afternoon and if both opposition parties fail to support it, Ontario voters will face a trip to the polls.

A new budget will be presented at Queen's Park at 4 p.m. this afternoon and if both opposition parties fail to support it, Ontario voters will face a trip to the polls.

Expected to be hit this time are smokers, and those earning over $150,000 a year.
