More details have been released relating to a downtown arrest on the corner of Main Street and Fisher on Tuesday morning.   

North Bay Police say they received a call at 10:56 a.m. yesterday reporting a suspicious incident. A male was spotted taking videos out of packages on Main Street.

Following an investigation, police arrested and charged a 28-year old North Bay man with one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of theft under $5000 (shoplifting). 

He was released from custody with a court date scheduled for July 5th, 2016. Police seized 11 Blu-ray DVDs as evidence.

A total of four cruisers attended as police questioned the suspect along with a female who was not arrested.
